      Inaccurate flux delivery, frequent flow meter malfunctions? Try this PPS oval gear flow meter.
       
      In electronics factories and SMT workshops, although the amount of flux used is small, the requirements for accuracy and stability are very high. Too low a flow rate results in weak soldering, while too high a flow rate can cause residue and corrosion of the circuit board.
       
      Even more troublesome is that flux is weakly acidic; over time, ordinary flow meters are prone to internal corrosion, jamming, or extremely low accuracy.
       
      If you are using a low flow rate of 10-300 mL/min, want stable accuracy within 1%, and want the equipment to be directly connected to a PLC—then this CX-P2-F oval gear flow meter is worth your two minutes of attention.
       
      I. Why do ordinary flow meters tend to have a "short lifespan" with flux?

       
      Fluorescence has a very low viscosity (roughly like water) and strong penetrability. Traditional flow meters are prone to two problems:
       
      Internal leakage: Low-viscosity liquids can slip through the gear gaps, resulting in insufficient measurement and inadequate flux dispensing.
       
      Corrosion and jamming: Weakly acidic environments can cause metal gears to rust and wear, eventually preventing them from rotating.
       
      The result is inconsistent welding quality and frequent equipment downtime for maintenance.
       
      II. From what angles does the CX-P2-F address these problems?
       
      1. All-PPS material, resistant to weak acids
      The housing and gears of this flow meter are all made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). This material is inherently resistant to acids and alkalis, and corrosion, ensuring it won't damage the flux over time. It also won't contaminate the flux, making it safer for electronic components.
       
      2. Elliptical gear principle, ensuring accuracy even with low viscosity
      It uses a volumetric measurement structure, not a turbine or pressure differential. Simply put: the volume of liquid discharged per gear rotation is constant.
       
      Therefore, even with flux as thin as water, it can consistently achieve a measured accuracy of ±1%, offering good repeatability and allowing for precise control over the amount sprayed.
       
      3. NPN Pulse Output, Simple PLC Connection
      Modern production lines emphasize automation. The CX-P2-F outputs an NPN pulse signal, requiring only 5-24V DC power, allowing direct connection to a PLC or counter. Flow rate and cumulative output are clearly displayed on the control panel.
